A standard racquetball court with dimensions of 20 feet in width 20 feet height and 40 feet length is where Wallyball was born and where it is currently played. Squash courts are smaller in length, width and height and not recommended for recreational, league and or tournament play.
The standard wallyball court is occupies 800 sq. feet. A standard volleyball court playing surface is 4,000 sq. feet.
Wallyball accommodates 8 players per court, volleyball 12 players per court
This was the first wallyball/racquetball court built in 1987. The court utilized Dupont Lucite for 2 walls and 2 walls of wood panels. The court took 3 days to erect and also had a movable back wall to accommodate squash.
This is the USA Racquetball glass court. Note that the ceiling only covers the first 20 feet of the court and the front wall is solid panels. A pro Wallyball glass court would be completely enclosed and would have 4 walls of glass.
